The family is expanding! No Swallow isn't pregnant (although, I am sure she is thrilled to have me put that on the blog)! :) My little Camden will be joining the family tomorrow evening. While I am sure she has enjoyed her time Naples being spoiled beyond belief, she is headed out to enjoy the Mountains. She was pretty well trained, no people food, minimal couch time, slept until I wanted to get out of bed, and completely house broken...then she went to my parents. She had an actual perch (on top of the couch) to look out over the lake and woke my dad up at 6 am every morning to take a walk. There will be no perch nor will there be any 6 am wake up calls!
She will be flying out tomorrow evening on United Airlines. She went to the vet today and received the all clear, good to go status that the airline requires for her to be able to fly. Swallow and I will be picking her up tomorrow night at 9pm, and I can't wait! I am incredibly excited to have my baby back. I am sure she will miss my parents and my parents will miss her, but my father is probably thrilled to be able to sleep in longer than 6 am. I feel like a little kid waiting on Santa. I am headed off to Pet Store to stock up on some goodies for good ole' Camden.
